They are EVERYWHERE! HELP!

I still remember those days, when I was kinda like in a mission, a mission to find out the secret of being 'attractive', 'cute', 'handsome' or whatever the girls like to call it as long as it means good-looking. I've been asking my female friends, what makes them feel that the guy is good-looking. Of course they give different answers, different people different taste, right? So I try to narrow down my question to, which part of a guy's outlook that matter the most to them. To my surprise, the result of my research is - the HAIR. I was like, what???

So basically, 70% of the girls, don't mind if you have small eyes, big nose, yellowish teeth, pointy ears (errr... maybe not), you can be as ugly as u can be, but your hair, your HAIR must be cool. That HAIRSTYLE is the key to their heart. A guy looking cool or not, is judged by his hair, not his clothes nor his face. But I was still pretty confused back then, how they judge the hair? Which hairstyle is considered 'IN' or 'COOL'? Again, I was surprised by the answer. The girls told me that, as long as the guy's hair is similar to their idol (usually it means the hottest star at that moment).

So if a male artiste officially become THE hot cake, be prepared to face the army of his clones! There will be another artiste coming out with exactly the same hairstyle, and another one, then another one, then another, and another... and you'll start to see everybody having the same hairstyle on the streets... THE HORROR!!!
OK, below is just a compilation of some artistes today *lol* actually there are more pictures but I'm just too lazy to put them all up *yawning*

Zero to Hero (Pt. 2)

As I promised, I'm going to tell you bout my diet plan and what supplements I took. As you all know there are probably hundreds of websites out there with some really good diet plan. Some written by professionals and what they suggest is probably much better than what I'm going to say. I used to refer to those websites written by some bodybuilders with their muscular pics all over the site. I had tried stick to the plan they suggested, but after some period of time, I just realized I'm just not the same as them. Their workout plan requires too much time and their diet is very time consuming just to prepare it (not to mention what they eat are quite costly too). For guys like me who have to work 8 to 5 and for breakfast and lunch we just grab whatever we can, convenience is the KEY.

So I would simply suggest you eat more than what you usually eat. Double it if you can. If you eat 3 meals a day, slot in another 2 meals, one after lunch and another after dinner. Stay away from oily food and food that makes you sick. That's it. Don't let it complicates your life. Our lives are already very complicated ain't it? *lol*

Now, for supplements, I'm just going to list down what had worked for me previously.
I used to be 44kg. (44 kg for a guy? oh my god that's freakin' THIN)

This is the 1st supplement I tried, simply because it's all over the TV and newspaper with some very catchy advertisements.

Result: 44kg -> 46kg in 1 month
Qty consumed: 2
Workout plan accompanied: Push-ups only (in my room *lol*)

This is the 2nd supplement I took, suggested by some pharmacist. So I just gave it a try. It works wonder.

Result: 46kg -> 49kg in 2 month
then 49kg -> 52kg in another 2 months (I stopped for a while)
Qty consumed: 8
Workout plan accompanied: not doing any at all

This is my 3nd supplement, suggested by my gym instructor (Yeah I got myself a membership in Clark Hatch)

Result: 52kg -> 53kg in 1 month
Qty consumed: 1
Workout plan accompanied: pectoral fly, chest press and arm curls.

Finally, this 1 (sorry the label got peeled), recommended by GNC when I joined as member.

Result: 53kg -> 59kg in 3 month
Qty consumed:2
Workout plan accompanied: pectoral fly, chest press and arm curls.

(*Again, I'm not paid to write reviews bout the products mentioned)

So, just some humble suggestions from a guy who went from 44kg to 59kg (height maintained 168cm) and I sincerely hope it works for you all too. Looking back at my own picture back in the days, I'm really glad that I no longer look as horrible as before. So guys, just give it a try and start getting girls drooling all over you! *flexing biceps*lol*

Zero to Hero (Pt. 1)

OK, here's the thing. I bet you had heard some advices along the road of becoming BIG such as 'you gotta go to gym', 'u gotta take some supplements', 'protein shake', 'eggs'... you'll hear some contradictory ones like 'supplements are total waste of money'...

Well, there really isn't any right or wrong on this one, so I'm just going to tell you what works for me and I'm pretty sure it'll work for you anyway. 1st they got the gym thing right, you really gotta go to gym, its the only way to get that 'shape' out. For beginners, we need to create some kind of illusion that make us look BIG before we really get *that* big. Thus, 'shape' is important.

To be honest, we all need shortcuts, we are all busy people who can't afford to spend a few hours a day 5 days a week in the gym. So, the fastest way to look big is to work on your CHEST and BICEPS. Get that "V" look out of your torso and add some 'curves' to your arms.

Pectoral Fly

Chest Press

Arm Curl

For CHEST : pectoral fly and chest press, as heavy as u can lift.
For BICEPS: arm curl, as heavy as u can lift.

Both 10 times X 2 to 4 reps. 3 times a week. (it only takes around 20 minutes each time)

The workout plan above won't make you as impressive as Rambo, but it will make you look nicer overall, naked or clothed. (Hey at least you are no longer being called MATCHSTICK MAN *lol*)
Going to gym alone is not going to work, diet and supplements are crucial. I'll share with you which supplements and diet plan that work for me in my next post. (You can start flipping your local directories to point you to the nearest gym to *lol*) Til then my fellow thin friends, stay tuned!

Size Does Matter

This is my 1st post and in my blog it's all bout what I have learned in my journey from a boy to *ahem* a MAN. This is a personal blog and I am not paid to provide opinion on products, services or websites in my blog. Recommendations made by me in my blog are purely my own opinions and views (and yeah, I'm a sincere man *lol*). Any borrowed materials, the credit goes to the respective owners.

Throughout these years, I've learned that one of the many things that makes a man A MAN, is SIZE. And when I say SIZE, I mean how big and muscular you are.
OK, I know what you think, you think it's pretty shallow, rite?
You might think so if you never experienced the pain before. This post is for all the thin guys out there, for I too, is the thin and hard-gainer type (which means I could be eating alot but I just can't put on weight).

Lets imagine, if your life is like a movie, and you are the main actor in it... what type of character you'll be playing in the movie?

If you are thin, that's pretty much it. You are screwed. You will never be the one under the spotlight. You are even too ashamed to go to gym or the public pool.

You know there's a reason for all the actors especially the heroic type in movies are all BIG and MUSCULAR. It's simple - because CHICKS DIG IT. Have you seen the girls drooling over some muscular guys walking around in the gym? Do you know that they've been talking bout how they wish they could lie on those big and muscular chest? Girls like to feel safe with their men. And girls want their men to be BIG so they won't look BIG themselves *lol*.

Fret no more my thin friends, for it's not end of the world. While most of the people out there find overweight being a problem and has forgotten bout underweight guys like us, you still have me *lol*. In my next post, I shall tell you a little bout my own experience.

P/S: There's no miracle way to become BIG. And I am still thin today, just not that thin (matchstick thin) like before! =P
